“Why is this advertised as a “smart” refrigerator with app compatibility when it isn’t a model that connects to the LG ThinQ app? The only thing “smart” about it seems to be the smart diagnosis feature, and they don’t give adequate instructions on that.”

I don’t have an answer, but I would like to echo that there is no way to connect this refrigerator to the ThinQ app. QR codes don’t work. “Locate device” doesn’t work. Adding via Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Manual add doesn’t work.
