QuestionDoes the freezer drawer have ezee pull handle, I think LG calls it Smart Pull or something like that? It's where when you pull slightly up on the handle it "unlatches" the drawer and then it slides open easily.

- Answer Open the door to the ice maker and make sure the ice isn’t piled up on the side blocking the sensor and preventing it from making more ice. Hopefully that’s all it is. Good luck!

- Answer It is not a screen. It is smoked glass that when tapped twice lights up to let you see inside without opening the door.
