Can you filter the ice cubes/water to remove lead? null

You would need to add a filter somewhere between the water source and the refrigerator unit. You would probably want to filter your entire house supply.

There is a filter and lead is a pretty big particle, so I would imagine that it will filter lead. You might want to check the details on the water filter to be sure.
