“Every time I get ice cubes I have to make sure I open the door and access the collection bin bc the cubes tend to jam up at the top on either the left or right side and then the tray doesn't dump additional cubes. Any suggestions?”

• I only have an ice jam if it is not dispensed/used for an extended period
