A:AnswerNo - But the one supplied is defective/poorly designed. Within two months of purchase it has stopped making ice twice because the dispenser does not work. Instead of dropping ice in the bucket, the ice gets stuck above the bucket. All subsequent ice blocks get stuck to each other above the bucket, ultimately jamming the ice maker. I have complained the mal-function to LG customer service on 5/31/2023.
A:Answernormally you do get rid of a old refrigerator if no longer working. If the refrigerator still works ASE Indiana will pick up old refrigerator you will need to call ASE for details. I just took mine to the dump to get rid of it. i do not depose them myself for anyone. I just take care of my own. besides we picked up our own refrigerator ourselves did not use delivery service. Not sure what you need to do. Sorry can't help on this question.
