Yes! Mines was delivered three weeks ago. They also used a two-man technique, in which they used a harness, to lift the refrigerator from the floor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our delivery persons took it out of box before they got into the house and carried it in. They put a plastic pad down in kitchen so they did not harm my wood floors. They had to take my front door off to get it into house. Everything went great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In our area (Twin Cities Metro in Minnesota) BB is using contractors to deliver and install. The methods they use will vary by crew. For our fridge delivery the guys were flown in here temporarily from Atlanta(!!!) to help with local demand and were using rented trucks and had minimal equipment. They used a decent cart (did not scratch wood floor) but tracked in a lot of snow and mud. Overall was not a great job (assembled some things incorrectly - I had to redo later). My point is that I doubt you can count on specific quality or methods - will vary by crew & location.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was impressed with the delivery men they strapped it to their bodies and hauled it in! Simply amazing!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, there is not a cart on wheels. The two delivery guys carry it in using a harness strapped to them to help support carrying it. Our delivery team was very professional and cautious and we had no issue with them bringing it in. We too have wood floors and there were no scratches. I did watch as they brought it in and simply advised if they were close to an overhead light or anything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The refrigerator itself has wheels but it is not on any special cart
