“Why doesn’t this list all the strain services such as Disney, Hulu , Prime etc. if this is a new model LG shouldn’t these be pre loaded?”

• All of the major streaming services are listed on the home screen, all you have to do is log in. There are also Netflix, Disney + and Prime Video buttons ON the remote.
