QuestionCan someone tell me where they stash the 2 snap rings necessary to level the right door? Mine did not come with any, though the manual says they are included. My right door is lower than the left, and the left is as low as it can go. Thanks!

QuestionHow do I flush the water system after installing the water filter? This item has ice only no water dispenser. LG states run 2.5 gal of water to flush new filter. lfcs27596s THANKS!!

QuestionThe inner tabs of the flexible handle to the freezer (LFCS27596S) are made of thin plastic. I know other brands' flexible freezer handles break frequently. How sturdy and durable are the flexible handles on this LG unit ? Any problems ?
