I believe the answer is "Yes." Specifications provide there is a USB-C with ~40 watts power capability built into the monitor. See, https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27uk670-b-4k-uhd-led-monitor for details. It also appears the monitor is designed to allow for MacBook laptop items to be displayed while also charging the MacBook. LG product specifications state "USB Type-C™: Easy Control and Connectivity. Display Connection uses USB Type-C™ and is compatible with Mac devices*. With a single cable, you can simultaneously transfer 4K screen data and other data while charge a MacBook or any mobile device up to 40W." Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does. I use it to power up my 2019 Intel Macbook pro (16") and it works. I also tried with 2020 13" M1 Macbook pro, it also works. If I remember correctly, this monitor can provide up to 90W of power which basically cover most of the laptops.
