I just purchased this monitor yesterday and one of the reasons is that the tag under it said 75hz. I see that BestBuy has been aware of this mistake for at least 8 months due to this comment thread but are still marketing it as 75hz. That's just wrong...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because Best Buy is wrong. I would take it up with them and get a refund. The Hz limitations is part of the reason why this monitor is less expensive. Unless there is a very specific reason you need more than 60Hz, this monitor does a great job of giving you all the high-end features that work within the limitations most people won't notice. For example, the max resolution is 3840x2160(UHD), as opposed to 4096 × 2160. It also has a simple stand, unlike the 650 model (which has the same display) with a vertically adjustable stand. It only has a standard stereo jack for audio as opposed to optical audio. Etc. You can look it all up on the LG website. If you want a monitor with an absolutely beautiful display for casual gaming and high resolution media, then this monitor is a miracle at its price. If you need the top of the top of the line or are a super power user, then you're going to need to throw down at least 3 times as much money.
