• The LG - 28" Class - LED - 720p - HDTV, Model # 24LM400B is not a "Smart TV" but still has an F-Type 75-OHM Coaxial connector on the side that you can connect a cable Set-Top box to. If the cable Set-Top box has an HDMI Out port, you cam also use that to connect to the HDMI In on the TV...^IFV
