Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought the LG TV I have, it is NOT a SMART TV. I purposefully asked for a DUMB TV to use with a computer. Absolutely no built in services. There were 2 at my Best Buy side by side one was SMART other was SIMPLE. Recheck the box and the paperwork. sounds like you got the wrong box.
