Hello Lucas. The LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU is rated at 120 VAC ~ 60Hz. It has three built-in tuners, an ATSC tuner, an NTSC tuner and a QAM tuner that are all designed for compatibility with the television broadcast standards used in the U.S. Initially Argentina had selected ATSC standard in 1998 (Res. 2387/98) which was backed by Grupo Clarín over DVB-T promoted by the biggest incumbent telcos and European cellphone manufacturers like Nokia. There had been experimental ATSC broadcasts since 1999 before the Government overruled the decision. By August 27, 2009, the Argentine Government officially announced that the Japanese standard ISDB-T, with modifications performed by Brazil was adopted. You may want to check if Cablevision, which merged with Multicanal uses the ATSC system...^IFV
