• The LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU is not a smart TV so it does not have internet access or preinstalled apps or the capability to download and install apps on the TV. TVs need internet access to be able to stream from preinstalled apps. You will need to connect a media streaming device that has YouTube TV installed to watch YouTube TV on this TV...^IFV
