Does this TV have the xfinity app null

It is not a Smart TV, so no apps. You could add a Firestick or an Apple TV to get the function of apps as there is an additional HDMI input. If you need this size, say to fit under kitchen cabinets, there don’t appear to be any other choices unless you go smaller.
