“I have the 28" LED TV and am going crazy with the audio coaching. I have gone to menu - accessibility - and found the audio control. However, it will NOT toggle to OFF!! I press the button and it just tells me it's on. HOW DO I GET IT TO GO TO OFF???”

• Don't use the arrow buttons to toggle between on and off. Use the "OK" button (the button with the small circle inside the larger circle located in the middle of the arrow buttons) to toggle. I was going nuts listening to that cyber voice until I discovered how to shut it off.

• Using your LG remote click the settings symbol. Scroll down to Accessibility and click OK . Select Audio Guidance and click OK. Select off and back out.
