Regrettably, the LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU does not run on LG's webOS TV platform so it is not compatible with the LG TV Plus Remote app that can be downloaded to an Android or iOS Smartphone...^IFV
