Q: QuestionSome reviews on different websites mention not to put milk or carton style drinks in the insta-view door as they don’t get cold enough. Glass bottles beverages are okay though. Is this true still? Could someone measure the temps of the drink?

• A:Answer Using my infrared thermometer, I just measured the temperature of our half gallon plastic milk carton in the insta-view door and it was 37. That was a concern of mine as well but no issues so far. My guess is that reviewer did not wait the full 24 hours before loading up the fridge and doing their measurement.

You will need to contact the Best Buy Geek Squad or Best Buy Delivery to alert them that the doors need to be removed so they bring the proper tools to remove the doors. You can contact your Sales Associate to have him alert the delivery team. YOu also need to measure the pathway that the delivery team has to use to get the refrigerator to where it needs to be installed to make sure that the refrigerator can be moved without any obstructions. • A:Answer Mine did not -- I even asked the delivery person when I noticed there wasn't one, and he confirmed that they don't. Because our refrigerator was damaged during delivery, we received a second one a week later as a replacement; that one didn't have the drip tray either, so I assume this is the way it's meant to be. Our old LG did have one, and I miss it; sometimes ice chips spill and now they just land or melt onto the floor.

• A:Answer There are 2 drawers. however, the middle drawer of the fridge can also be a freezer if you need additional freezer space. You can change the setting inside the fridge on the right hand side when you open the door to your right.

Q: QuestionCan this refrigerator fit through a 31 inch door opening with the doors removed? I was told yes by Bestbuy but the delivery person said no because the computer for making the ice is mounted on the back and not on the top.

• A:Answer Yes, but the installers stated it wouldn't fit so we had them just leave the refrigerator. Two of us opened both doors and were able to fit it through our 31" doorway. We did have to remove a couple of small pieces on top of the refrigerator corners which was no problem.

Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with InstaView™ Door-in-Door® and Craft Ice™ Maker - PrintProof™ Black Stainless Steel, Model # LRMVS3006D needs alignment. The left refrigerator door has an adjustable nut, located on the bottom hinge, to raise and lower the door for proper alignment. If the space between the doors is uneven, use the wrench (included with the owner's manual) to turn the nut in the door hinge to adjust the height. Turn the nut to the right to raise the door or to the left to lower it. You will find these instructions on page 24 in your owner's manual...^IFV

Q: QuestionI understand that it can take 24-48 hours to produce ice but is it normal for no water to even be making its way to the ice maker after 12 hours? Water is coming from the dispenser but there is no water at all going to the ice maker. Thank you!

• A:Answer I had the same issue at first, when the service tech came out he did not see any issue with the lines, when he took off the top rail/plastic piece above the doors and reinstalled it the water started to work , not sure why. Then my freezer would not go below 32. Contact service and have them come out just in case.
