A:Answer March 4, 2021 our LG fridge is not 3 years old. Repeated no cooling events over past two months, lost food, and living out of coolers in garage. Life is Good -or so says LG.. Still no cooling after two technician visits, compressor replaced, recharged system - and OMG DON"T BUY AN LG FRIDGE. Technician was very responsive and took good care -but we've since learned of all the linear compressor problems, class action lawsuit, customer complaints, and LG (Life is Good) indifference to the consumer. Married 50 years we've moved 9 times , lived in three different states - and never owned such a piece of junk in ANY appliance. OMG DON'T BUY AN LG.
