QuestionCan you fit 1 gallon Milk Jug in the door in door? if yes does it stay same temperature as the refrigerator?

- Answer Yes, the door has a lot of space. It will hold a gallon of milk and other items. I have a gallon of milk, a large bottle of vegetable oil and a 6 pack of soda all on the same shelf in the door. The items in the door stay cold but, there is a 2 degree variance between the temperature in the door and the temperature inside the fridge on mine. However, I have never had a problem with milk spoiling. It is a very nice refrigerator and I would recommend.

QuestionWhat's the depth of the refrigerator with the does removed? Need to verify if it can actually fit through the doors of my house.

- Answer Not sure of the actual inches, but they did have to remove the fridge doors to get it in my kitchen.

QuestionThe size will not fit through any of my doors. Will the delivery guys remove the doors on the refridgerator or at least the handles, to get it in the house? If they won't, is it difficult to do?

- Answer I had a similar issue. The installation team removed the doors, brought the fridge into the house and then re-installed the doors once it was in the kitchen. It only took them 30 minutes to complete the project. If I had to do it, it would have taken all day! I happily gave them a tip!

QuestionI just received the LGLFXS30796S refrigerator today. It's beautiful & has a lot of storage! However the crisper drawers for fruits & vegetables don't have adjustment levers for humidity levels. Am I missing something? I've looked above & below the handles

- Answer The adjustment levers are usually on the front right hand side of the drawers if available. Note: This feature is not available on all models. ^CP

QuestionOn other websites I see model LFXS30796D with a customchill drawer (an extra drawer above the freezer but below the fridge). But your picture does not show this drawer. Why? If you google the model number you will see all other stores show that drawer.
