French Door-in-Door Refrigerator with Craft Ice - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRFDS3016S do have a 1/4" gap at the top as produce does need to have an exchange of air to ensure moisture within the drawers...^IFV

• There is the same gap on the unit we purchased. So I assume it's designed that way, perhaps to let air circulate. That's my best guess.
