• I ran about 2-3 gallons thru mine and the water was cold in about an hour. Best tasting water I have had with a fridge and I have a well.

• The manual does not recommend you wait a specified amount of time following installation to use the dispenser. The first water dispensed may include particles or odor from the water supply line or the water tank. This is also necessary if the refrigerator has not been used for a long time.
