• Yes, as long as you have your console connected to the internet/xbox live. The TV/monitor has nothing to do with online status.

• It's a monitor, not a game console, so i don't see why not! It's what you see, not how your information gets through to your friends. That would be your console and the internet.

• Your choice of display has absolutely no effect on your Xbox's online capabilities. Be aware, though, this monitor doesn't have built-in speakers.

• Yes. I've played xbox one on this screen (actually thru the screen mirroring in Windows 10), was amazing, and because of the closer distance to the smaller screen, I enjoyed it nearly as much as on my 55" 4k TV.

• If you have xbox live there's no reason you couldn't. The monitor/tv shouldn't effect the multiplayer capabilities of the Xbox unless it's splitscreen in which case the monitor should be fine for two players with a vertical split.

• Yes you can, but Xbox one does not have the power to support 2560x1080 yet. I would recommend this monitor for PC gaming. Games look superb on this monitor on PC at 2560x1080 resolution.

• Yes you can play Xbox one on this monitor but Xbox one doesn't have the power to support 2560x1080 resolution yet. I would recommend this for PC gaming. Games look superb on this monitor on PC with 21:9 aspect ratio.

• Definitely. The Xbox One would simply plug into the monitor's HDMI port. It won't have any impact on the online connectivity.
