“I'm having issues with the volume. Whenever I turn up the volume on the soundbar to 22 or 23 and then leave it there for a minute, the sound coming from the soundbar reduces dramatically. The volume is still set to 22 or 23, but you can hardly hear it”

Have had same issue… 30 min after on the volume drops. No fixes that I’ve found unless you’re a real techie.
