“For some reason my sound bar doesn’t work with Netflix or Disney plus but works with other apps that I open on my tv. Is there a way to fix this?”

• I use both of those apps and I've never had a problem with the audio working through the speakers. My best guess is there is a problem of your settings on the TV itself.
