Q: QuestionIs it portable??This LG washer (WT901CW) is pretty big with 3.3 cu.ft. capacity but it looks like a portable washer in the photo. Is it? Can it be moved and connected to a regular sink?

• A:Answer The LG 25” Width Extra Large Capacity Front Control, Model # WT901CW is not a portable unit since it does not have casters, it has leveling feet. You may want to inquire from the Best Buy Sales associates about Portability Kits or you may have to do an online search for them. Some Portability Kits are only compatible with certain manufacturers or with certain models. Some Portability Kits include adapters for connection to faucets that will not fit the supplied inlet hoses...^IFV

• A:Answer In case anyone sees this question, it looks like this is a discontinued item. I have one on order from the only other company that is listed as a seller and even they keep pushing the shipping date back, currently a month longer than the original promised ship date. I think Best Buy just has not removed the listing.

Q: QuestionMy washer leave the clothes wet. Is there something I am not programming correctly. In the spin cycle the machine skips this. Then it starts over again. This is the computerized model.

• A:Answer The reason companies do this is because we allow it to happen by continuing to purchase separately. It's ridiculous, I agree, but it wouldn't happen if everyone demanded power cords (especially) and hoses came with.
