QuestionCan I wash a king size of winter blanket?

- Answer Yes. We have mostly king size bedding and it washes them all easily. There is no upright agitator, so it has a lot more capacity that traditional washers with the same specs.

- Answer As per what the manual is saying it does not seem to include the hot and cold water hoses, but both the power cord and drain hose are already attached.

Questiondetergent dispenserI too agree 100% with the other customers who inquired about the functioning of the detergent dispenser. When poured into the drawer, it DOES immediately pours out directly onto the clothes to be washed. From the very first use this happened. I did look in the owners manual to maybe find a resolution to this. It to me seemed like a defect, but try and disregard it, as i thought something that cost me over $1000.00 wouldn't have such a flaw. And yes, it would be considered a flaw,as you previously replied so rudely to a customers question having the same issue by saying " Our detergent does NOT drip out of the tray. It is dispensed at the appropriate time." And just on this Q&A there were a few with the same problem. . I feel quite annoyed to have spent over $1000 for this product, and get such poor performance.

- Answer My LG does the same thing, the detergent pours out of the drawer in to the tub or on to the clothes. Since this unit was supposedly rated #1 by Consumer Reports, I figured it was the unit's design intent instead of a flaw. Now I don't know!

- Answer There is an option to have this drain to a laundry sink but this washer requires a dedicated water hookup to function

- Answer The machine has a "load sensor" that determines the size of the load, along with the wash options u choose, which affects & determines the amount of water used, but I can say it's very water efficient, way less than my old washer that had an agitator in it.
