A:AnswerThe probe accurately measures the internal temperature of meat, poultry and casseroles. It should not be used during broiling, self clean, warming or proofing. Always unplug and remove the probe from the oven when removing food. Before using, insert the probe into the center of the thickest part of the meat or into the inner thigh or breast of poultry, away from fat or bones. Place the food in the oven and connect the probe to the jack. Keep the probe as far away from heat sources as possible. The probe cannot be used in Broil, Self Clean, Easy Clean®, Warm or Proof modes. For thin cuts of meat, insert probe in thickest side of meat. ^CP
A:AnswerThe convection system uses a fan to circulate the heat evenly within the oven. Improved heat distribution allows for even cooking and excellent results while cooking with single or multiple racks. After the oven is turned off, the convection fan keeps operating until the oven has cooled down. A:AnswerHello there. Thank you for your question regarding the LG LWC3063ST wall oven. To use the upper oven for baking, you typically do not need to remove the rotating ring or the insert. Instead, you can follow these general steps: Preheat the oven, Place the food, Adjust cooking time and temperature, and Monitor baking.
Since appliance features and designs may vary, we recommend referring to the user manual that came with your LG LWC3063ST wall oven for specific instructions on using the upper oven for baking. If you're unsure or need more detailed guidance, you can also send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport, and include your contact info, or reach us at our customer service line at (800) 243-0000, and we will be happy to assist you further. A:AnswerThe answer from Daphane is confusing , and not consistent with a similar question asked earlier which is been answer : ''The glass tray and rotating ring should be removed. ^Daphane''. What do we do then???
A:AnswerWe just purchased this oven and we had 240V-50AMP service with #6 wire installed which is our code requirement. This was recommended by our electrician and the oven is working great.

A:AnswerThis is what I need to know too. The instructions are very unclear — I understand you use the glass round thing for microwave and the round metal plate for oven use, but it doesn’t say if you leave the metal ring in. Also, it appears the metal round plate will rotate when using as a convection oven???? When I put a sheet pan or rectangular baking dish in, it spins until it hits the wall? Is that correct?
