- Answer Gas and Electric Cooktops can be installed above the LG 4.7 cu. ft. Single Built-In Wall Oven, Model # LWS3063BD and the installation manual for Gas or Electric Cooktops that can be mounted above our Wall Ovens will show that they must have a minimum of 2 3/4" between the Cooktop and the wall oven. The installation manual for the LG 30" Gas Cooktop with SuperBoil™, Model # LCG3011BD does not show this as being a model that can be installed above a Wall Oven. Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 to verify this...^IFV

QuestionI see the top dimensions of the top of cooktop listed but not the demensions of the cut out in the counter underneath , the bottom dimensions are always smaller because the top has an over lap. Your description does not show this underneath dimensions?
