“I got set up through DirecTV but volume function won't work on that remote; I have to use LG remote to adjust volume. I changed batteries on DirecTV remote in case those were starting to go but that didn't help. All other functions work on that remote.”

If you are trying to control the TV using the DirecTV remote you would need to reach out to DirecTV to troubleshoot how to reprogram their remote. They can be reached by dialing 1-800-531-5000. ^CP
