• You can only get 4K @ 60 hz via DisplayPort. Also this monitor’s software is meant to be used with windows. You can use some of the features with a Mac and use screen mirroring.

• There are both HDMI and DP cable inputs. The box also included an HDMI and a DP cable. I do not know about the 4K support over the cable as my graphics card is sending 1920x1080 which seems to be working great on the monitor.
