If you are looking to fit it into a port that is not an HDMI port, you will need to find an adapter that can be used to fit it into the port that you are trying to connect to on your Apple Air...^IFV

QuestionI am currently trying to connect a predator helios 300 acer laptop to this mnonitor and for some reason the image just isent connecting and my laptop isent detecting the monito. ive tried the HDMI-HDMI connection and the USB-c to HDMI cable

- Answer Might access LG's website and download the drivers for your OS. I had issues with HDMI until I installed them.

QuestionThinking of doing a 3 monitor setup... therefore, what is the screen width and height of the monitor not including the edges or stand? I just want to make sure that the overall size wouldn't be too wide and too short if i were to do it with this monitor.

- Answer The W x H x D dimensions of 32.6" x 14.6" x 1.6" without the stand that are listed in the specifications for the LG 34'' Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B include the bezels on the monitor. Regrettably, they do not list those dimensions without the bezels but the bezels (or borders) are 0.6" (1.5 cm) ...^IFV

- Answer Hi DougC. Not getting the full resolution on the 34'' Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B is not an issue. It is more a matter of if the Graphics card supports the monitor's native resolution of 2560 x 1080 and refresh rate of 75Hz. Check the specifications for the Graphics card in the Surface Pro 3 to see if it supports the monitor's native resolution so you get the full resolution...^IFV

- Answer The LG 34'' Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B has a deoth of 1.6" without the stand and a depth of 11.0" with the stand. It does not come with a Wall Mount.It has a VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 100 x 100 mm and any VESA Compliant Wall Mount, regardless of type, brand or manufacturer that supports the monitor's wall mount interface pattern can be used to mount the monitor. Wall mounts will have different depths so you will need to check the dimensions for the wall mount you purchase to check its depth...^IFV

- Answer The LG 34'' Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B has a native resolution of 2560 x 1080 which is an Aspect Ratio of 21:9 as indicated in the title description. Check to see what Aspect Ratio (might be Screen Fit or something similar) it can output. If it can only putput a 16:9 Aspect ratio then you will get black bars...^IFV

- Answer The way I was told you need to buy the display port adapter it's like $40 bucks but I believe it doesn't allow for sound only to display onto another screen.

- Answer It doesn't that I have found yet. However, you can turn on Night Mode in Windows 10 display settings that will filter out blue light.
