Yes you can cause I use this with my ps5 as well

The monitor does support 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz and 1920 x 180 @ 60 Hz, which your PS5 supports and will output, but those resolutions are 16:9 Aspect Ratio resolutions so you will have black bars on the screen when using the monitor with a PS5...^Ivan.
