• Yes, they use a standard VESA mounting system. You'll just need a VESA wall mount.

• They do sell aftermarket brackets to mount on the wall they also offer ones for multiple monitors on the wall.

• Monitor comes with a stand. The stand attachment is not a standard arrangement like you find on TVs. In other words, a TV all mount will not work. You should contact LG to see what they may offer.
