• It should, and it does a small percentage of the time. It unfortunately is very unreliable and works poorly. I struggle to get an image from the monitor with my 2018 mac mini.

• This monitor, like most of our monitors, is a Plug and Play monitor so there is no need for downloading any drivers. Plug and Play was introduced to Windows since windows 95. Mac added plug and play support for Vive Pro in MacOS Mojave (MacOS 10.14 - Mojave), so this monitor should be compatible. ^CP
