USB Type-C is supported through the Thunderbolt™ 3 port on this LG 34" Class 21:9 UltraWide® 5K2K Nano IPS LED Monitor with HDR 600 (34" Diagonal), Model # 34WK95U-W and you are able to transfer data and also charge some devices through that port. It enables 40Gbps data and high-bandwidth video, including a 4K signal to two different screens, or 5K/ 60fps to a single screen. Regrettably, we do not have any specifications for your iPad Pro 3rd Gen to determine if you can output video from it to the monitor and highly recommend you either review the manual for your device or contact its manufacturer for advice...^IFV
