A:AnswerI've already contacted LG and the CSR was less than helpful. As I would be typing a response in the virtual chat, I would get a message from the rep, "is there anything else I can do for you?" I do not like to be rushed in these situations until I say I'm ready to end the conversations. I had indicated to the CSR, the clicking sound did not start until 2, now 3, weeks ago. The unit was whisper quiet until then and the only reply I got was "that's normal." I can see it now, after the warranty expires, I'll be told I need a new compressor. All of my appliances are LG and my first encounter with a CSR was for the fridge. When the time comes, Im doubtful that LG will be my first choice. Also Best Buy delivery was atrocious as they would not connect the water line to the fridge even though I had asked the salesperson repeatedly that the unit would be attached to the water line AND purchased the required new water connector. Every answer was "yes" until the day of delivery.
A:AnswerHi there. We understand your inquiry regarding the installation fit for Model # LS27T3230S. Based on the official dimensions, the unit's hinge height is 70.05 inches, which fits within your 70.75-inch space; however, please note that LG recommends a 1-inch top clearance for proper airflow. This may result in a very tight fit for your specific cabinet height. We want to ensure your appliance operates efficiently and safely in your home.

A:AnswerYes. If possible have it come out of your space a little so door can swing to the side - it will allow you to access the refrigerator shelves easier

A:AnswerAll refrigerators have a drip pan (aka evaporator pan or condensate pan). The drip pan's main purpose is to collect any excess moisture when the refrigerator defrosts and prevent water from dripping onto your kitchen floor.
It will be located under the cooling unit under the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27 cu. ft. Standard-Depth, Side-by-side Refrigerator, with Ice and Water and Bar Handle Design, Model # LS27T3230S.
It is essential to regularly clean the drip pan to avoid any unpleasant odors or mold growth...^Ivan.
A:AnswerHello there. We understand your inquiry about controlling humidity inside your LG refrigerator model LS27T3230S. This model features humidity-controlled crisper drawers designed to keep produce fresher for longer by adjusting moisture levels. You can use the humidity control knob at the front of each crisper: slide it toward the “keep moist” setting for leafy vegetables and toward the “let moist air out” setting for fruits that benefit from lower humidity. This allows you to store different produce types in separate crispers with optimal humidity conditions.
Beyond the crispers, overall humidity inside the main compartment is influenced by temperature settings, door usage, and home environment. Maintain the refrigerator temperature around 37°F (3°C) and freezer at 0°F (-18°C) per the manual to minimize condensation. Avoid placing warm or uncovered foods directly into the fridge, and limit door openings to reduce moist air entering. Ensure door gaskets are clean and sealing properly to prevent external humidity ingress. If your home environment is very humid, running a dehumidifier in the kitchen or improving ventilation can help control moisture buildup when the doors are opened.
You can also monitor and adjust settings remotely via the LG ThinQ app for temperature but note it does not directly adjust humidity; however, keeping optimal temperature helps stabilize internal moisture levels. If you notice excessive condensation or frost, check that air vents inside the fridge are not blocked by items, allowing proper airflow around cooling elements. Regularly run the recommended routines to ensure the system functions correctly.
