  • QuestionCan I adjust/lower the height from 70 1/2 to 70 inches? This is a deciding factor.Thx

    • Answer Hey there. The Height to Top of Case in Inches is 69.88 and the Height to Top of Door in Inches is also, 69.88. The only way to adjust it or lower the height is by leveling the refrigerator by its legs on the bottom. Check our your owner's manual on page #20 that will explain more information regarding the leveling. Here from LG. ~Anthony

    • Answer I was told by the installation tech having an RO system and using a water filter for the unit would cause the water pressure to decrease. He suggested not using the unit water filter to increase the water pressure for the water dispenser.

  • QuestionJust had LG dishwasher installed by BB. Install guy surprised us with on the spot fee of $190 to replace water valve to accept BB hose kit. Took guy 5 minutes to install $5.00 stainless valve. Can you tell us in advance of another $190 valve change fee?

    • Answer Looked to me the two guys needed that $190 more than I do. Not worth my time to chase down a couple hundred bucks. However, Im not sure you answered my question. Let me rephrase it. Does the install fee or free install include cutting off the existing plastic valve and installing a stainless valve that will connect to the water line.

    • Answer When the water dispenser flow for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ - Stainless Steel, Model # LRSOS2706S, slows down; it is usually due to a clogged or partially clogged water filter. Even though the water filter is a 6-month water filter and should be changed approximately every 6 months, if it gets clogged with contaminants, it may have to be replaced before 6 months, and the slow-down in flow is an indication that the water filter needs to be changed. You can try removing the water filter and dispensing some water, and if the flow improves, the filter is clogged and will need to be replaced...^Ivan.
