    • Answer Hey there. The Height to Top of Case in Inches is 69.88 and the Height to Top of Door in Inches is also, 69.88. The only way to adjust it or lower the height is by leveling the refrigerator by its legs on the bottom. Check our your owner's manual on page #20 that will explain more information regarding the leveling. Here from LG. ~Anthony

    • Answer I was told by the installation tech having an RO system and using a water filter for the unit would cause the water pressure to decrease. He suggested not using the unit water filter to increase the water pressure for the water dispenser.

    • Answer When the water dispenser flow for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ - Stainless Steel, Model # LRSOS2706S, slows down; it is usually due to a clogged or partially clogged water filter. Even though the water filter is a 6-month water filter and should be changed approximately every 6 months, if it gets clogged with contaminants, it may have to be replaced before 6 months, and the slow-down in flow is an indication that the water filter needs to be changed. You can try removing the water filter and dispensing some water, and if the flow improves, the filter is clogged and will need to be replaced...^Ivan.

Side-By-Side InstaView® Refrigerator, Model # LRSOS2706S, you will need to look at the name plate attached to the inside wall of the refrigerator compartment showing the Country of Manufacture/Country of Assembly, which also shows the Date of Manufacture, and serial number that is unique to the refrigerator. The sequence of numbers in the serial number also indicated the month and year of manufacture. Retailers typically hold refrigerators in their warehouses for short periods, usually about 30 to 60 days.     • Answer Can you please clarify what you mean by the Energy Star® Qualified LG 27.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice™ - Black Stainless Steel, Model # LRSOS2706D, fitting "into the space nicely, however, the doors would not open. In a 38" width space", and the delivery person could not open the doors? Are you saying the doors could not be physically opened or that you could not open them within your 38" space? The refrigerator has a width of 35.88" (35 7/8"), and the recommended installation clearance spacing for the sides is 0.125" (1/8"), so it will fit into a 36" space. It has a width of 38.88" (38 7/8") with the Door Open 90˚, and a Door Edge Clearance with Handle of .38" (19/50"). If your space is exactly 38", as you can see from the above-mentioned dimensions, the door will not open 90°. You do not have enough door edge clearance in your space for the doors to open 90°...^Ivan.

    • Answer What is not working on the Ice and Water Dispenser for the Energy Star® Qualified LG 27.1 cu. Ft Side-By-Side InstaView® Refrigerator Model # LRSOS2706S is not working? Is it not dispensing water, or not dispensing ice, or not dispensing either? Does the dispenser light turn on? Check the lock feature on the control panel. A locked panel disables the dispenser. Hold the lock button for 3 seconds. Verify that the doors are closed. The dispenser will not work if the doors are not completely sealed. If neither of those is the issue, try resetting the refrigerator by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in. Other common causes may be due to a frozen water line. If the fridge is too cold, the water line inside the door may freeze, stopping the flow. Try thawing it with a hair dryer on a low setting. Check that the saddle valve on your home water line is fully open and not kinked. Replace the water filter if it is over 6 months old or clogged. If the water filter was just replaced, air may be trapped. Flush 2.5–5 gallons of water through the dispenser to clear it. If the dispenser makes a humming noise but no water comes out, the inlet valve may be broken. The actuator switch for the dispenser might be faulty, preventing the dispenser from receiving the signal to dispense.
