• Yes, this model could handle a king size, but I always recommend to wash a comforter by itself, it is better to give a comforter as much extra space as possible.

• Only wash one comforter or blanket at a time. If you try two at a time machine will not balance and stop cycle. I've tried and error message knew that I had put two blankets in at once.
