Gary, the LG 4.1ch 360W Music Flow Wi-Fi streaming Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # LAS751M is a very special Sound Bar that gives you a myriad ways of connecting it to other devices. Without knowing which model Sirius radio you have, so we don't know what connections can be made to connect it, but what we can tell you are the ways that any device can connect to this Sound Bar. The LAS751M has an HDMI Input that any device with an HDMI port can connect to and an HDMI ARC port to which you can connect any HDMI ARC compatible device. It also has an a 3.5 mm Portable Audio port that you can connect from any device's headphone jack. You can also stream Audio wirelessly via Bluetooth if your device supports Bluetooth. What makes this unit so special is that you can also connect it to your hone network and stream audio wirelessly from any device connected to your home network. You can connect it to your router, or download the "music Flow Player App" to any smart device then launch that app on the device to stream audio from it. The App can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or from the iTunes Store...^IFV

If your are using the Sirius app you will be able to connect via the WiFi music flow feature.

If it has a digital optical audio input on the radio, you shouldn't have an issue.
