“Extreme wrinkling in all clothes/fabric types no matter the size of the load, the spin cycle (i have used the low speed), the water temp (used cold and warm) - all of my clothes are coming out severely wrinkled and mangled. This includes all fabrics (even jeans and poly pants). I do not leave clothes in the washer and remove immediately at the end of the cycle. I then fluff my work cloths in a 20 minute dryer cycle and they still come out severely wrinkled. We have had this unit for 3 weeks and I hate it. What an I doing incorrectly? How can I fix it?”

I'm not sure of a solution, however we don't have that issue when we run the wash. We do place the laundry in the tub in a balanced and organized fashion (laying the laundry around the tub walls)... maybe that will help.
