Q: QuestionWhy do I have to use semi-rigid ductwork that came with the machine kit? Why can't I use my existing flexible duct? The installer would not install it because I didn't have an adapter for flexible to semi-rigid.

• A:Answer I had the same question and it all depends on you. If you purchase the installation package with bestbuy ( dont know how it is called), they will install and connect your appliance. If you do like I did, no instalation package, you will need to buy the power cord for the dryer( the washer comes with power cord attached). You can buy at homedepot for around $30. The power cord type will depend on the socket you have in the wall.

Q: QuestionWhat do you do if the Dry Level isn't working. I set the level of dryness and then it estimates a time and then when it's over, the clothes are not dry. This initially worked but somehow the sensor stopped working? I now have to use the Time Dry only.
