You have to purchase a power cord separately. Newer construction has a 4 prong plug but if you have a 3 prong then that will work. The installation book shows you how to install either one. If your outlet is near the floor I highly recommend getting a 10 foot cord. I had a 6 foot cord and I could not plug it in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to purchase either a 3 or 4 prong dryer plug. Keep in mind the power cord for the dryer installs on the TOP RIGHT SIDE of the unit. The unit is 75” tall and a standard cord os 6’ (72”). Cord doesn’t reach the floor and my dryer power is on the opposite side at the floor. Had to order a 10’ dryer cord so I’m waiting for that to get here from Amazon before I can plug in the unit. I think there should be literature out that says “BE PREPARED TO PURCHASE A 10’ DRYER PLUG”.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The dryer requires a large-type plug, 220 volts, rather than the usual 110 volt plug used for most everything else in our homes. Either the 3 wire or 4 wire heavy cable & large plug can be used. It is not included--you need to buy one or use the one from your old dryer. Also, the washer portion of this unit comes with a standard 110 volt cable and plug.
