“For side venting, can you vent out the left side (looking at the front of the machine)? If so, I could put this unit closer to the back wall and hide the vent piping in the cabinet that sits to the left of the dryer.”

• The appliance is configured to vent to the rear. It can also vent to the side. An adapter kit, LG Dryer Side Vent 3911EZ9131X, https://www.lg.com/us/laundry-accessories/lg-3911ez9131x, is needed to complete this process. ^Daphane

• Yes that’s exactly what we did. We vented it to the left and pushed the machine back to fit in the space.
