QuestionI just received my delivery and read the entire washer manual, once the cycle starts an IE letter shows up and the cycle never completes. leaving clothes soaked. It should not be this complicated to add more details to the manual as to what to do.

- Answer Read your manual. I ignored it and started the cycle over and it just kept filling the water and you can imagine the outcome of this episode. It was like a river flowing!

QuestionCan you change the way the doors swing? If I wanted to buy 2 sets, I’d need the door one set 1 to swing left and set 2 to swing right.

- Answer No you still need to vent the dryer. Also keep in mind that the dryer vent is in the middle of the stackable. I ended up measuring the floor model to re position my vent from the floor area to a middle of the wall spot.
