Yes it is ventless. It throws off a small amount of heat and humidity in the room it’s in. Not enough to matter though. It does take an extra half hour to an hour on average to dry clothes. A full load with jeans and towels will take 2:45 - 3:15 but the nice Part is it goes right into the dry cycle after washing. I would definitely purchase again.
