“Can I choose a delivery date after my move-in (by the end of July)? I also want to know whether this item needs special installation which costs extra money. Because this is ventless dryer and washer, I do not think special installation is needed.”

You should be able to select the delivery date that best fits your needs and schedule. Please contact Best Buy customer service at (888) 237-8289 for information regarding scheduling delivery, The unit should not require an special installation. Combination models are able to be plugged directly into a standard three-prong outlet. The unit should be plugged into a 120-VAC, 60Hz grounded 3-prong outlet. Please consider your access to washer and dryer hookups in your apartments and rental homes. ^Daphane
