• Hi, The end of the drain hose should be located a minimum of 24" (61 cm) and a maximum of 96" (244 cm) above the bottom of the washer..For best results, locate the end of the drain hose no higher than 66" (168 cm) above the bottom of the washer.If the drain hose is extended more than 4 inches (10 cm) beyond the end of the elbow bracket, mold or microorganisms could spread to the inside of the washer. ^Vanessa
