QuestionWhy the normal cycle with few clothes take 90 minutes to wash? Why in the delicates cycle the spin is just medium? Clothes are absolutely wet. Why in the bedding cycle the spin is medium. The blanquets are so wet that I have to dry 1 1/2 hour?

QuestionIs there one 220 electrical plug for both washer & dryer combo?

- Answer The washer and dryer will require there own designated outlet. The washer comes with a power cord and should be plugged into a 120-VAC,60 Hz grounded 3-prong outlet. The matching dryer DLE3400W does not come with a power cord. The dryer has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). Electrical service for the dryer should be of the maximum rate voltage listed on the nameplate. Do not connect the dryer to 110-, 115-, or 120-volt circuit. ^Daphane

QuestionCan the washer be on the top and the dryer on the bottom?

- Answer It probably could but I wouldn’t do it because of the weight difference ,The washer is quite a bit heavier than the dryer. and washer it has a tendency to shake more than a dryer because of the wet clothes inside.

- Answer Hello, it has 1 year manufacturer's warranty that covers parts and labor. It also has 3 years warranty for the drum and 10 years warranty for the direct drive motor.^Venette
