QuestionThe stacked unit is rocking side to side even though it is level front to back and side to side. Should I call the installation team back for an adjustment?

- Answer Yes. It can break the machine permanently to run it if it is not balanced. Call them ASAP and do not run it until they return.

QuestionHas anyone had an issue with water hammer with this machine? I am stacking these units in a closet so moving them will be difficult if I need to fix a water hammer issue. I have read that LG machines can have this issue.

- Answer Water hammering can be resolved by adjusting the water pressure by turning down the water valve or water tap in the home. ^CP

QuestionI am pretty sure my old washer drain pan is too small for this washer. Can I please know what should be the drain pan size for this washer? I don't want an oversized pan sticking out too much either because my laundry room on second floor is not big.

QuestionSo after a few washes with the new washer. I notice that every once in a while there will be water on the floor. I look around the washer and seems to be coming from the bottom. I don’t Know what it could be. Any ideas?

- Answer The WM4370HKA comes with a 1 year parts and labor factory warranty to cover any manufacturing defects as well as a 10 year parts only warranty on the drum motor (Stator, rotor and hall sensor) and a life time parts only warranty on the Stainless Steel Drum.
